America Voted: Curb the LGBTQ+ Madness

The Donald Trump landslide victory revealed that most citizens did not wish for another four years of progressive policies. No other president in history championed the LGBTQ+ agenda more than Biden. A good portion of his policies, in one way or another, supported and expanded the LGBTQ+ agenda.

You are already seeing signs that progressives’ desire for all things gay is finally receiving some pushback. Signs of resistance are happening in female sports, education, and healthcare.

The past couple of years saw a spike in biological males identifying as females and their demand to participate in female athletics. Swimmer Lia Thomas made a splash in 2022 (no pun intended) after winning the NCAA individual title.  Then there was a travesty in the recent Olympic Games, where a man, Imane Khelif took the gold medal while competing in the women’s boxing division. After the criticism across the world began flowing in, Khelif complained he was bullied and filed legal complaints.

The tide is turning on those males who identify as women and are ruining female sports. There is a growing backlash against these men claiming to be women in college and high school sports. Women are refusing to compete with them for a good reason. Men claiming to be women are still biologically stronger and faster than women. That is a fact of nature, and no identification will change it.  People exercised their right to protest the inclusion of men in female sports with their vote. And vote they did.

The educational system in the country was the breeding ground for the LGBTQ+ propaganda. On the state level, concerns about sexual orientation and gender identity within school environments are being met with legislation to prohibit it. In Florida, for example, Governor Ron DeSantis signed a Parental Rights bill prohibiting grooming students from kindergarten to grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students. The bill returns the control from the school back to the parents, where it rightfully should be. With the momentum shifting away from gender madness, it is almost certain other states will enact similar legislation.

On the healthcare front, the most invasive of all LGBTQ+ policies, there is a concerted effort to stop the madness. The Biden administration sued the State of Tennessee. claiming their recent law restricting gender-affirming care for transgender youth is unconstitutional. The case is presently being heard in the U.S. Supreme Court. The Tennessee law restricts puberty blockers and hormone therapy for transgender minors and enacts civil penalties for doctors who violate the law.

Tennessee argues that the law ensures that “minors do not receive these treatments until they can fully understand the lifelong consequences or until the science is developed to the point that Tennessee might take a different view of their efficacy.” So far, more than half the states have passed similar laws restricting medical intervention to minors. Undoubtedly, the number of states restricting medical treatment for minors might affect how the Court rules, not to mention the mounting public sentiment agreeing with the prohibition.

Indeed, the tide is turning, and it appears through their vote that the country is getting sick of everything LGBTQ+. A return to a moral society is long overdue. These challenges and those to follow will turn back the clock and hopefully save some confused youth from a future that can only be described as hellish.
