Have you noticed lately that a lot of Christian influencers and authority figures are suddenly singing the praises of Islam? This rhetoric has really ramped up since the US – Iran conflict began several weeks ago.
Case in point, Tucker Carlson’s post this Tuesday on X:
“The people in charge don’t want you to know this, but Muslims love Jesus. Islam reveres Him as a major prophet and messenger of the Lord, believes He performed miracles, and states that He will return to Earth to defeat the Antichrist.”
What kind of hellish propaganda is this? Muslims routinely deny Jesus’ divinity and claim He never rose from the dead. Radicalized Islamists often wage unjustified violence and brutality against the followers of Christ worldwide. All you have to do is look at the slaughter of Christians in Nigeria by Boko Haram and Muslim Fulani groups to confirm your doubts. One report estimates that 50,000 Nigerian Christians have been martyred by these so-called lovers of Jesus. Other radical Islamic groups like ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, and Hamas have been terrorizing the world for forty-seven years. That is not something someone who “loves Jesus” does.
This is not the first time Carlson has spewed this nonsense. On one of his podcasts in March of this year, he also made this ridiculous claim: “Sharia Law has made Islamic societies more advanced than the West.” Does he mean the same Sharia Law that treats women as property, allows child brides, amputates limbs for perceived crimes, or fails to acknowledge any human freedoms? Tucker bragged that Islamic cities are clean and orderly, and that trains run on time. That’s because the inhabitants are scared out of their minds to step out of line lest they be viciously punished.
But Carlson is not the only one. Even so-called traditional Catholics like Michael Matt from the Remnant have been pro-Islam of late. He called the attackers of October 7th “little Hamas guys” who had no choice but to attack 1,200 peaceful Jewish people at the Kibbutzim because they were “desperate.” Talk about a stretch. Members of Hamas are cowards who hide their military operations behind women, children, the sick, and the elderly. No matter how desperate they are, their actions are unjustified.
This year, King Charles conspicuously skipped giving an Easter message to his Christian subjects after wishing Muslims a blessed Ramadan a few weeks earlier. This understandably sparked outrage in the United Kingdom as it appeared he was pandering to only one side.
But not to be outdone, our own Pope Leo XIV is also touting the virtues of Islam. He visited the third-largest mosque in the world, the Great Mosque of Algiers, on April 13th. Reports are that he took off his shoes and hid his crucifix while inside the mosque to appease the rector, Mohamed Mamoun Al Qasimi. Many Catholics were shocked by his behavior, as Chris Jackson explains,
“The representative of the Catholic religion enters a house of false worship and instinctively veils the emblem of the true Faith, as though the problem in that room were not the denial of Christ’s divinity but the possible embarrassment caused by publicly bearing His Cross. It is a small gesture, perhaps, but small gestures often reveal the deepest instincts. A man ashamed to let the crucifix remain visible in such a setting is showing that human respect now governs where supernatural conviction once did.”
Leo’s speech was no better and reeked of one part fraternity and another part capitulation as he said, “I stand before you, first and foremost as a brother.” Then, to make it worse, Pope Leo added, “faith in God has a central place in your heritage” and that “a nation that loves God possesses true wealth, and the Algerian people cherish this jewel as one of their treasures.” And let’s not forget the Muslim prayer room in the Vatican. Would there ever be a Christian image in any mosque for Christians to pray?
Have you ever noticed that Islam will never, ever submit to the traditions and teachings of Christianity but expects the faithful to bow down to their customs so as not to offend them? It seems to be a one-way relationship to get along with Muslims, and our leaders are the ones who always wind up giving in. This may be a self-preservation strategy (we might surmise the Pope wants to keep his limbs intact), but we can and should expect more moral courage from soldiers of Christ.
It is hard to know why Islam is being forced down our throats right now, and it appears the messages are strategic and coordinated. Perhaps the rise in anti-Semitism and the hatred of the Jewish people is forming alliances that did not exist in the past. Something like: the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Perhaps the globalists are now pushing multipolarity as the updated new world order, now that their Covid-19 experiment miserably failed. Perhaps they are still trying to create a one-world religion called Christlam.
Regardless of the reasons, if Muslims somehow get a foothold in the USA, we are all in serious trouble because Christianity and Islam are totally incompatible. If this happens, we will lose our country. Christians cannot be coerced into thinking that Islam is somehow as valid or as virtuous as our faith in Jesus Christ. They would like you to think these religions are equal, albeit with a few minor doctrinal, liturgical, and procedural differences. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Resist the psychological operation of uniting Christianity with Islam with everything you have. Hold strong in your faith that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Savior of the World. And like the martyrs of old, be prepared to die for your faith if we cannot turn the Islamification of our country and world around.
