If proven-to-be-false predictions that polar bears are in danger of extinction unless we stop driving cars and heating our homes and businesses with “fossil fuels” aren’t enough to persuade you that “global warming” (also known as “climate change,” or, as former Vice President Al Gore put it, “The Earth has a fever!”) is “fake news,” more evidence continues to pile up.
Turns out that polar bears are not dying off because of climate change after all, as zoologist Susan Crockford noted in her 2019 book, “The Polar Bear Catastrophe That Never Happened” – described as “a detailed account of attempts by scientists to conceal [polar bear] population growth as numbers rose from an historical low in the 1960s to the astonishing highs that surely must exist after almost 50 years of protection from overhunting.”
And there was plenty of sea ice in the Arctic on which polar bears could hunt and mate, according to the National Snow and Ice Data Center, which reported that sea ice had reached “an uneventful maximum” in April.
That was in keeping with a 60-year warming and cooling cycle called the Pacific Decadal Oscillation. The “warm” part of the PDO started in the 1970s, and is expected to switch to the “cool” part of the cycle 60 years later – or just about now.
This explains why the average temperature in Fairbanks, Alaska during the 2019-20 winter averaged 4.7 degrees Fahrenheit below normal, making it the third coldest winter there since before the PDO brought warmer water to Alaska and western North America.
Climate change activists make the ridiculous claim that global warming caused by man-made carbon dioxide emissions is causing irreversible damage that will result in the mass melting of the polar icecaps, a resultant sea level rise that will inundate many of the world’s coastal cities, and make most of the planet inhospitable, if not inhabitable, by humans.
But they’ve been doing this long enough that the many catastrophic predictions they’ve previously made have simply been proven false. There’s still plenty of polar bears – and ice – at the North Pole.
Furthermore, NASA satellites – which have been taking the Earth’s temperature since 1979 – found that it had actually decreased 0.01 degrees Centigrade in March 2021. How can the planet get so dangerously hot in just nine years unless humans stop using fossil fuels if its temperature is going down instead of up?
According to climatologist Dr. Roy Spencer, “the claim by the Biden Administration that climate change has placed us in a moment of ‘profound crisis’ ignores the fact that the energy policy changes being promoted are based upon computer model simulations which have produced average warming rates at least DOUBLE those observed in the last 40+ years. Just about every climate claim made by politicians, and even many vocal scientists, has been either an exaggeration or a lie.”
And the satellite data proves it.
Why is this important? Because all of the self-serving political and pseudo-scientific claims by “climate change” activists and their supposedly “settled science” rest entirely on this fraudulent foundation. No good can come from government policies that are built on lies.
And they are pushing so hard right now for the so-called “Green New Deal” in order to cripple America’s energy sector, just as it has become independent of foreign sources thanks to the fracking revolution, because even they know that their global warming hoax will soon be exposed. When nearly 200 people froze to death in Texas this winter, that gig’s about to be up.
If we are already in the beginning of a cooling cycle, the Earth’s climate is doing what it has always done: change, from tropical seas that once covered most of North America during the days of the dinosaurs to mile-high glaciers that dug out the Great Lakes during the Ice Age – with absolutely no help from us humans.
What happened to the polar bears? Nothing. They’re doing just fine. There’s more of them now than in there were 50 years ago. And we’ll be fine too, but first we must soundly defeat this Marxist plot to use the false narrative of global warming to destroy our country.
