On Monday, the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic issued an extensive report after a two-year investigation into the origins, failed mitigation attempts, and the social and financial catastrophe brought on by COVID-19.
The findings are highly predictable and hardly earth-shattering for anyone who had been paying attention to any form of alternative media during this time. But for those who listened only to mainstream media and bought their shameless lies and deceptions hook, line, and sinker, prepare to be shocked.
Below is an overview of the subcommittee’s findings:
- The virus mostly likely originated at the Wuhan Institute of Virology through gain of function research as it does not exhibit biological markers typically found in nature.
- US taxpayer dollars were used to finance the gain of function research that developed COVID-19 by offering a National Institute of Health (NIH) grant to Peter Daszak’s company, EcoHealth Alliance, which worked closely with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
- Fauci, who was complicit in awarding the NIH grant to Daszak, pushed a false narrative that COVID-19 occurred in nature and was spread in a Wuhan wet market.
- The government’s pandemic financial incentives, like the Paycheck Protection Program, were rife with fraud. An estimated 255 billion dollars were lost between fraudulent unemployment claims and a lack of oversight by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
- At least one half of the fraudulent claims were made by international criminals.
- The official response of the World Health Organization (WHO) to the pandemic was shaped solely by political pressure from China, where the virus originated.
- The 6-foot social distancing standard and the mask mandates during the pandemic had no basis in science.
- Lockdowns of schools and other institutions profoundly affected the entire population – especially children who suffered the most.
- New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s order that positive COVID-19 patients be returned to nursing homes was medical malpractice. Many died as a result.
- President Trump’s travel restrictions did indeed save lives. In private testimony to the subcommittee, Dr. Fauci admitted as much.
- Public health officials often spread misinformation (such as the safety and efficacy of the vaccine and discounting the benefits of herd immunity) as the Biden administration pressured social media companies to censor opposing views.
- The COVID-19 vaccine did nothing to stop the spread of the disease.
- Vaccine mandates caused many people to lose their livelihoods and left our military unprepared.
- Unemployment reached its highest level since the Great Depression.
- The vaccine injury reporting system and compensation program for the vaccine injured are ineffective and have significantly eroded public trust.
- More than 160,000 businesses closed during the pandemic, 60% of which were permanent closures.
- Medical patients suffered from decreased quality of care, longer wait times, and missed diagnoses.
- Children experienced a historic loss of learning and a variety of physical and mental health issues.
- The American Federation of Teachers (AFT) union colluded with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to prolong school closures.
- The Subcommittee experienced a great deal of obstruction and obfuscation during its two-year investigation: from Health and Human Services (HHS) by delaying and not responding to valid inquires; from EcoHealth Alliance by altering documents and by their president, Dr. Peter Daszak, making false statements to Congress; from Dr. Fauci’s senior advisor, Dr. David Morens, who likely lied to Congress; and from New York’s Governor, Kathy Hochul, who redacted and withheld thousands of documents that may have incriminated the previous administration.
For all of us who struggled through this nightmare, we saw first-hand how many lives were destroyed. Loved ones passed away alone in nursing homes, families were isolated and torn apart, and unfortunately, some, including the vaccine-injured, are still living with the aftermath that this pandemic inflicted.
When you think about all of the negative effects this pandemic had upon the American public, it is a wonder that we have survived as a country. Consider for a moment how fast and completely this disease spread across the entire country in just a matter of weeks, even in some remote and unpopulated areas. It certainly looks like there was some kind of concerted effort to take us down, or at least take out President Donald Trump.
It is also now very obvious that crimes have been committed by a variety of bad actors both at home and abroad. While this report is gratifying in that it corroborates what most of us have already instinctively known and believed, we hope that justice will be served for those who lied and actively misled the American people. Too many have suffered for there not to be some reckoning. Perhaps if there is just adjudication and punishment for the perpetrators, these awful crimes against humanity will never occur again.
