Young School Children in Minneapolis Martyred for the Faith
This week, Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis began a new school year. Yesterday morning, the school community gathered to celebrate the new year with an opening mass. Out of nowhere, shots rang out inside the church, coming through a bank of stained-glass windows.
Two children, ages 8 and 10, were killed right where they sat in their pews. Another fourteen children (2 who are currently in critical condition), as well as three adults, were wounded. In an act of cowardice, the shooter then turned the gun on himself.
This guy was a total creep and posted an eleven-minute manifesto video on YouTube shortly before the shooting. In the video, he panned the camera on a journal with a handwritten drawing of the inside of the church. This demonstrates that his act of violence was premeditated and planned. The video also showed a self-portrait of the shooter looking into a mirror with a reflection peering back of a devil, horns and all. He was also reported to have had a target practice with an image of Jesus Christ at the top, and wrote, “Where is your God?” and other offensive slogans on his gun magazines.
Not surprisingly, this deranged individual was transgender. Let’s not beat around the bush, Trans-terrorists hate God and those who believe in him. There has been a rash of mentally ill people involved in mass shootings lately. Similar scenarios have played out in 2018 at a Rite Aid Warehouse in Maryland; in 2019 at STEM School Highlands Ranch in Colorado; in 2023 at Covenant Christian School in Tennessee; and in 2023 at Club Q in Colorado Springs. The common denominator in all these mass shootings is a demonic ideology and a violent, death-like culture.
The man who murdered two and injured seventeen at Annunciation Church was identified by authorities as a woman. He officially changed his name from “Robert” to “Robin” in 2020. Since he was a minor at the time, his mother signed the form and paid the legal fees. But there is a strange twist to this story. At the time of his transition, the shooter’s mother, named Mary, was a former employee of Annunciation church and school—the very same church where the children were shot and killed.
Mary retired from her position in 2021. But we do need to ask, how can a parent who works for the Catholic church, willingly participate in the charade that is transgenderism? Moreover, why was she employed at a Catholic church? Trans ideology is antithetical to the moral teachings of the church. It is a grave sin to mutilate one’s body and a complete denial of who God created you to be.
In the name of tolerance and acceptance, this lady knowingly affirmed the delusion of her son instead of getting him the help that he so desperately needed and deserved. In so doing, she participated in the tragedy that unfolded inside Annunciation Church yesterday morning. The blood of innocent children on one’s hands is a fate not to be wished upon anyone. Unfortunately for Mary, she will have to live with this for the rest of her life.
However, Mary is not alone in her culpability. Any counselors, psychologists, or psychiatrists who worked with this confused boy are also responsible. The idea that you can alter your biological identity on a whim reinforces an altered state of reality that certainly does not help a person suffering from a mental illness. It has not been officially confirmed, but the shooter most likely was taking a cocktail of drugs prescribed by these mental health charlatans during his transition.
And don’t forget the Minnesota politicians pushing the woke LGBTQ+ agenda. Their dopey governor, Tim Walz, made Minnesota a transgender sanctuary in 2023 by signing both an executive order and legislation targeted at protecting “trans youth.” This was in response to common sense red states that began banning procedures and medications that permanently harmed and mutilated children. The lieutenant governor, Peggy Flanagan, also wore a shirt with a knife on it stating, “Protect Trans Kids.” How about instead, Peggy, we protect innocent Catholic kids praying in a church? Don’t their lives matter?
Directly after the news of the shooting hit the airwaves, the mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey, was seemingly more concerned about rampant transphobia than the fate of the victims and the pain of their families. He asked the public not to politicize this event. This is such hypocrisy. We all know that if the shooter had a MAGA hat on, it would be all over the mainstream news nonstop, and we would hear the constant drumbeat of how conservatives are monsters and haters.
And what about the Church leaders in that community and other places? Why aren’t they speaking out against the trans-mania when their flock has been killed and injured? They need a strong statement about the evil of the transgender movement and what it produces, and stop sitting on the fence so as not to offend them. The blatant evil must be faced and denounced, starting with those who are supposed to be our moral leaders.
What is abundantly clear is this – transgender mania must end. We have seen the carnage this ideology has caused not only to those caught in its malevolent grips but also to the victims of their hatred and violence. It is an indescribable evil that must be eradicated. Jesus told us some demons are only expelled through prayer and fasting. Pray that these mentally ill individuals and their parents become aware of their error and turn back to God.
