The Sidious Video to Break Our Military

Another week – another propaganda video unleashed on the unsuspecting American public. You may recall our post last week, entitled Catholic Bishops’ Selective Outrage, which featured some USCCB bishops droning on about immigration policy. We pointed out their blatant hypocrisy, as no one has ever seen such conviction and passion from these prelates on any other moral issue.
This time, former military/intelligence operatives who are current members of Congress made their own cringy propagandistic video, complete with serious music swelling in the background, along with the World War II tagline of “Don’t give up the ship” at the end of the video.
The offenders are none other than: Sen. Elissa Slotkin (former CIA) from Michigan; Sen. Mark Kelly (former Navy) from Arizona; Rep. Jason Crow (former Army Ranger) from Colorado; Rep. Chris Deluzio (former Navy) and Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (former Air Force) from Pennsylvania; and Rep. Maggie Goodlander (former Intelligence Officer) from New Hampshire.
These six Democratic members of Congress encouraged active military personnel to refuse “illegal orders” and “stand up for our laws.” The problem is, they never clearly articulated what those illegal orders might be. They also claimed that President Trump is “pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens” without providing absolutely any proof.
This message is rich coming from the Democrat party that used a fake dossier to perpetrate the Russian Collusion hoax, illegally spied on Trump’s campaign, tried to impeach him after a call with Zelensky, staged evidence during a raid at Mar-a-Lago, and embroiled Trump in various sham lawsuits. It was also recently revealed that the Biden Administration weaponized the FBI by spying on eight Republican senators in the Arctic Frost operation. So much for standing up for our laws.
These Democrats are playing a dangerous game, and the world is watching. Are these lawmakers signaling that the United States is ripe for a color revolution? Are they suggesting a military coup d’état against the duly elected Commander-in-Chief? There is no doubt that our global enemies are salivating right now, surmising that our country is in some non-kinetic civil war and ripe for the picking.
The video represents seditious behavior that should never happen in a constitutional republic. Political commentator, Glen Beck, summed it up this way, “For the first time in American political history, members of the United States Congress openly encouraged the military to look at the commander-in-chief and say no.” Beck went on, “Every generation, up until this one, understood something very basic – you cannot politicize the chain of command without breaking the republic, and once the military begins to decide on its own which orders are legitimate, which president they’d prefer, you no longer have civilian control.”
Many critics argued that the video was meant to weaken our country and military by sowing chaos and undermining the chain of command. As Americans, we cannot allow political factions of the armed forces to countermand the orders of the Commander in Chief, who was duly elected. If our country is to survive, the military must remain neutral and avoid involvement in domestic political disputes. Otherwise, we will soon become just another collapsed nation courtesy of a military coup d’etat.
The six democrats made this interesting comment in the video, “Right now the threats to our constitution are not just coming from abroad but from right here at home.” Ironically, this is an entirely true statement, and the culprits are the out-of-control intelligence agencies and deep state operatives. Luckily, we have been gaslit by these types long enough to see through this nonsense.
One question remains: Who, or what organization, is funding and promoting the release of these propaganda videos against the Trump Administration?
