In the first lawsuit of its kind, a psychologist and surgeon in New York, who were instrumental in recommending and performing a double mastectomy of an otherwise healthy 16-year-old girl with gender dysphoria, were found liable by the jury and ordered to pay her a $2 million settlement for medical malpractice. The victim, Fox Varian (who is now 22), will receive $1.6 million for past/future pain and suffering, and another $400,000 for any future medical expenses she might incur.
Fox’s attorneys argued that the psychologist, Kenneth Einhorn, and surgeon, Simon Chin, ignored standards of care and pressured the teen to partake in a life-altering surgery before exploring less invasive options. They both failed to diagnose and/or treat any psychological conditions like depression, ADHD, or autism, and offered surgery as the sole solution.
Fox’s mother, who was against the surgery, said about Einhorn, “This man was just so emphatic, and pushing and pushing, that I felt like there was no good decision.” Fox’s mother was also undoubtedly manipulated with the favorite trope of these highly unethical doctors who pull the suicide card when trying to convince fearful and vulnerable parents by saying, “Would you rather have a transgender son or a dead daughter?”
Fearing for the worst, Fox’s mother capitulated and agreed to have the mastectomy performed on her daughter. After the surgery, Fox experienced physical symptoms like nerve pain and burning. She also reported that she was still very unhappy as the surgery did nothing to alleviate her symptoms of gender dysphoria. No surprise here.
These unethical medical professionals who knowingly mutilated minors need to be taught a severe lesson, and perhaps this lawsuit will be the start of their demise. No amount of money will ever make amends for the harm they have done to confused and impressionable children, but Fox’s settlement does feel like at least some justice has been served. There are currently 28 other ‘detransitioner’ lawsuits pending across the country. While all these monsters should be criminally prosecuted, a good start is to bankrupt them into oblivion.

In coming years the floodgates will open as more go to trial. What was done to these kids is a crime against humanity. An unforgivable evil that must be extinguished from the earth. Never again. The damage these kids carry is heartbreaking.
Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire, whose documentary What Is a Woman? blew the lid off the horrors of the transgender movement, also weighed in on X:
…the total collapse of the trans movement is officially upon us. In the next few years, every Frankenstein gender butcher and perverted “medical professional” who profited off of the sexual mutilation of children will be sued into oblivion.
The people who fell on the wrong side of this issue should never be trusted again. They should be shamed and disgraced and forced to live with the humiliation for the rest of their days.
