Over one hundred years ago, in June 1905, the nations of the world – including the United States – signed the first of the Geneva Conventions, which, among other things, banned the use of biological weapons in armed conflicts. In 1975, the U.S. also joined 187 other nations to ratify the Biological Weapons Convention, prohibiting their “development, production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling and use.”
We already know that after years of denying it, the National Institutes of Health finally admitted that under Dr. Anthony Fauci, former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, NIH was indeed funding “gain-of-function” research at China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology.
But a newly released document shows that the U.S. Defense Department was also secretly funding “gain-of-function” research designed to develop pathogens a thousand times more lethal to human beings in direct contradiction to the BWC and an Obama-era ban.
Clandestine reports that in a May 17, 2024 letter to Department of Defense Inspector General Robert Storch, U.S. Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) states that “research records and laboratory samples” uncovered during the Senate’s investigation into the origins of Covid-19 “reveal that DoD purchased thousands of biospecimens from the University of California at Davis which were collected in China and other countries by EcoHealth Alliance, Metabiota, and UC Davis as part of the U.S. Agency for International Development PREDICT pandemic preparedness project.”
As we now know, PREDICT didn’t predict or prepare anybody for the COVID-19 pandemic.
On January 17 of this year, the U.S. House of Representatives disbarred EcoHealth Alliance and its former president, Dr. Peter Daszak, from all government contracts after the Select Committee on the Coronavirus Pandemic found that his organization “ facilitated gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China without proper oversight and willingly violated multiple requirements of its multimillion-dollar NIH grant.”
Hunter Biden “helped secure millions of dollars of funding for Metabiota” through his investment firm, Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners.
So not only NIH, but DoD, USAID and the Biden family were all part of the “gain-of-function” funding stream.
Why would anyone spend millions of dollars to make a naturally occurring pathogen even more deadly instead of trying to destroy or neutralize its ability to cause harm?
Why would they hide what they were doing in China if “gain-of-function” provided a benefit instead of a threat to humanity?
And why would President Joe Biden preemptively pardon Fauci if he had done nothing wrong?
The answer to those questions are obvious: “Gain-of-function” is used to weaponize microbes. Biowarfare is not only forbidden under the Geneva and the Biological Weapons Conventions, it poses a Frankenstinian danger to the world if those bioengineered pathogens ever escape.
Which apparently they did, if you believe the lab accident scenario.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabard recently announced that she created a special team to investigate whether Fauci committed perjury when he said under oath during a Senate hearing on May 11, 2021 that the NIH never carried out “gain-of-function” research in Wuhan.
Of course he did. Semantics can’t hide the bitter truth that U.S. taxpayers were paying for these outlawed experiments.
Justice demands that starting with Fauci, all those responsible for unleashing this modern-day plague are prosecuted under the fullest extent of the law for their high crimes against humanity.
